My path
I took my first steps into Yoga at the age of 16 in Rome, led by the quiet force of a life-changing event. Since then, Yoga has been my anchor — my return to Self.
My path weaves through the precise lines of Iyengar, the flowing discipline of Ashtanga, and the quiet surrender of Yin.
I have studied Ashtanga Yoga across Europe, South America, and India, under the guidance of authorized teachers in the lineage of Pattabhi Jois and Sharat Jois. — learning, unlearning, remembering.
I hold an academic background in Cultural Anthropology and Global Cultures, and I carry the wisdom of Ayurveda. My journey through yoga has been one of devotion, curiosity, and constant transformation.
Since 2019, my path has been deeply enriched by the practice of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism. As an active member of the Soka Gakkai International, I am committed to peace as a daily, embodied practice — beginning with inner transformation and extending into my community and the world at large.
At the heart of my work lives a simple conviction: peace in the world starts with peace within.

Ongoing Studies & Lineage
I’m continuing my studies through a 500-hour Advanced Hatha & Ashtanga training at Samadhi Yoga Ashram, and I currently receive personal guidance from Sathu Jois, daughter of Manju P. Jois and granddaughter of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois — a living thread of the Ashtanga Yoga Parampāra lineage, whose presence and teachings continue to inspire and refine my personal practice.
I’m attending a one year training at the Shakti School to become a Feminine-Form Ayurvedic Health Coach.
This path is never finished — and I remain a student, always.
Peace is not an ideal.
It is a daily practice of courage, compassion, and inner revolution.
